SARAF Webinar, December 8th, 2022
Since 2001, SARAF (LABERCA, Oniris, Nantes, France) aims at training scientists, engineers and technicians to the modern methods of analysis of residues and contaminants in food.
Following our first Webinar of 1 March 2022 on the newly adopted EU regulation 2021/808, we have organised a Part II Webinar presenting a feedback from the Reference Laboratories who have initiated the implementation of the new recommendations pertaining to the validation of methods.
This webinar was broadcasted live, free of charge, on Thursday 8th December 2022, 09:00-12:00 CET.
The presentations were given by key experts in the field, i.e. Mr Frans Verstraete (EU DG SANTE, Bruxelles), Dr Joachim Polzer (EURL BfR, Berlin), Dr Pierre Guichard (NRL Fougères, Anses) and Drs Emmanuelle Bichon (NRL LABERCA, Nantes). The webinar was moderated by Prof. Bruno Le Bizec (LABERCA, Nantes).
Drs Saskia Sterk (EURL Wageningen, WFSR, The Netherlands) and Dr Eric Verdon (EURL Fougères, Anses) joined us to moderate and comment the round table.
The video and pdf files are freely available. Once again, we had many questions from the participants, to which detailed answers from the experts will be posted asap.
